From the very moment i came across this site on my facebook timeline, there has been this unconscious anxiety in me to present my heart. I don't know what it is, but I know that for the very first time, I have come on board a ship with so many like minds, the best part being, it is a Nigerian ship. A ship with people with like minds, "SERIOUSLY" craving for change from this normal a majority of us have been brought up to see and know.
This is the time for a REVOLUTION in Nigeria. A Revolution bigger and better than that experienced in the Arab world by youths who decided to break away from the normal they were born into. I strongly believe without any doubt, that this is the platform to bring about that revolution that will create the change we strongly and rightfully deserve.
It is very disgusting and unimaginary that in a country where literally, nothing is functioning at the moment amidst all the natural abundance, we have leaders that are discussing about an election that is still 2 years from reality. They are busy discussing zoning on a platform of a very popular and mischievous party that has brought this great country nothing but shame and misery to its citizens for more than a decade of rulership.
NO! It has to stop. These elements should know what we the, youths of this great Nation, are made of. It is high time we brought the rhythm that has been singing for so long in our hearts a bit closer to their door steps. The rhythm of change. And that is a Nationwide Revolution. I say NO to those set of names that I have been hearing right from my mother's womb. Enough is really enough. Let us determine our destiny by ourselves. We no longer want to be the leaders of Tomorrow, because the Tomorrow of our present crop of leaders does not conform to that of the English Dictionary. The time is NOW!

Wow, Edidiong, what you wrote is so uplifting. And so true...there is a rhythm that has been beating in us, and all we have to do is harmonise the tune into a powerful beat of African war drums. But ours is not a tune of blood shedding war, ours is an intellectual young revolution and a battle that will be waged and won at the ballot. So help us God.
Welcome to SNP. BE SOVEREIGN!
Spread the word and give it your best, like we all are. Together we will win. We have already started winning.

Hi Tom Edidiong, you hit the nail right!
I have the same feeling all day long – 24/7 since I threw my hat in the ring. The feeling is not an age or youth thing. It is the feeling that any patriotic citizen of Nigeria will have anywhere in the world that they may be domiciled. That euphoria that – O at last some young, vibrant alternative thinkers are now prepared to engage the decadent situation in Nigeria – without the primordial sentiments of your state of origin, your council of origin, your village of origin, your hamlet of origin, and even your compound of origin! The energy of Nigerians are palpable to succeed in all they set out to do. It is these bottle necks that constrains them. Once these are removed, and everyone is known by their nationality as Nigerians – the energy and power will be unleashed to salvage the country for the benefit of all.
